Walk and Talk sessions are short, local walks designed to help you to get active, get outdoors and meet new people. They are led by friendly volunteers and usually take from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, leaving from central locations across East Kent, such as your local library or community centre.

Well-Being Walks in East Kent

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks groups are found all over England and there should be some within easy reach of where you live.

These short group walks are led by an experienced Ramblers Wellbeing Walks leader along tried-and-tested, easy to reach routes. Because you’ll be walking with others, you’ll feel safe, be supported, and have fun along the way.

This programme could help you if you are living with obesity andÔÇ»also have diabetes, high blood pressure, or both. To sign up to the programme you will need to speak to your GP or a local Pharmacist who can refer you to the programme.
