Appointments

girl_taking_medicineYou can make an appointment by calling 01233 730190 or register with EMIS access and make your future appointments on the web. Contact the surgery for registration details.

If you require an urgent on the day appointment the receptionist will ask you for a brief description of your problem and then you will be added to the on call doctor list who will assess you over telephone and make the appropriate appointment for you.

If you are unable to keep an appointment let us know so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Please remember that appointments are for ONE person only. If you feel your consultation may be lengthy, ask the Receptionist for a DOUBLE APPOINTMENT when you book.

Telephone Advice

If you would like to speak with a doctor or nurse to discuss or ask advice regarding a medical condition, we do offer a telephone consultation service.

Patients who are registered at Hamstreet Surgery can now book an appointment on selected weekday evenings. Appointments will currently take place at this practice but in future it may be at another of our neighbouring practices (Woodchurch/Ivy Court/Charing).
